What contacts are available?

  • Crimp contacts: Most common; defined in MIL-DTL-38999 and EN3645. Supplied loose, not pre-mounted.
  • Solder contacts: Used in hermetic connectors (solder cup/eyelet). Also available in Amphenol enhanced sealing designs. Always pre-mounted.
  • PC tail contacts: For PCB applications; available in various lengths and plating. Only supplied under Amphenol proprietary part numbers and pre-mounted.
  • Wire wrap contacts: Available only in proprietary part numbers—consult Amphenol.
  • Press-fit contacts: Not available in standard versions.
